How do I order a psnob hand painted handbag?

How long does it take to receive my order?
All psnob handbags are handmade. Please allow up to 2 weeks for handbags to ship
Backorders, you will be notified of shipment.
Where does psnob deliver to?
psnob only delivers within the United States
psnob will not process any order where a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address is given as the delivery address.
What if the hand-painted handbag I wanted to buy has already been sold, can I order the same bag?
A psnob one of a kind handbag is not duplicated. If there is a particular design you would like, you may request to have your own unique psnob handbag
custom designed by clicking contact and making a request.
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for design time and delivery.
What forms of payment accepted?
You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Pay Pal is also accepted via electronic invoice. We also accept personal and business checks.
Please note our check policy: All orders will be shipped once the check has been cleared. Please allow a minimum three to seven business days for delivery.
For backorders, you will be notified of delivery.
How do I know my psnob accessory is authentic?
Once purchased, every psnob hand painted handbag has an official psnob label, artist signature and comes with a “Certificate of Authenticity”.
Does my psnob hand painted handbag carry a guarantee?
A psnob item is a work of art It is also an investment. It is important that you become very familiar with psnob’s care instructions to ensure your psnob item will remain in excellent condition.
What type of texture does the psnob hand painted handbag have?
The purse has a protective coating that allows the artwork to be flexible, prevents cracking, discoloration and minor contact with water.
This coating gives the handbag a leather-like texture.
Why does my handbag have a unique texture?
The psnob handbag has a special coating that protects it. This coating gives the handbag a "treated leather" texture which can feel "tacky at times If exposed to
severe conditions...ie extreme heat or cold. Since it is NOT your traditional materials, the texture will vary according to heat and cold conditions.

How can I best care for my psnob hand painted handbag?
Once purchased, every psnob item comes with care instructions which state important information that is essential to the care of your psnob accessory.
1. When not in use, keep accessory in a dry and cool environment
2. Do not expose to extreme hot or cold conditions. If your handbag has been exposed to hot or cold conditions or has become wet, once in a room
temperature environment, your handbag will naturally return to its original state/texture.
3.If your handbag lining becomes soiled, use a damp cloth and gently remove the stain. Allow to air dry.
4. Even though artwork cannot be replaced, psnob will repair damaged hardware that shows to be defective or damaged upon receipt of the handbag.
Hardware that has been damaged by the customer cannot be replaced.
What if my psnob hand painted handbag becomes worn or damaged?
psnob stands behind its merchandise. We are more than happy to handle repairs (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect i.e. hardware.
These repairs should be directed to psnob customer service. psnob will replace any damaged replaceable hardware. However, original artwork cannot
be re-created or replaced. It is very important that you become familiar with the care instructions in order for your psnob accessory to remain in excellent condition.
How do I make a return?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom handbag, psnob can only offer an even exchange on merchandise. All exchanges of new and unused merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. You will receive a shipping label from us via email. The merchandise must have all tags still attached and must be repacked in the same original packaging it was shipped to you in. Deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with this policy. You can expect an exchange within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will receive a complimentary shipping label from us via email for your convenience. For assistance with returns, please contact customerservice@psnob.com.
Does psnob offer wholesale opportunities for retail stores?
Yes. psnob can work with your store/boutique to create a custom line of handbags. Contact psnob directly for more information.
Does psnob create custom bags?
Yes. psnob can customize based on your needs.
Any request for preliminary sketches, samples, prototypes or special product design including; patterns, hardware, etc. are additional fees.
A $500 deposit is required for custom orders.
