Return/Exchange Policy-Retail Orders
psnob’s policy is exchange only. Each handbag is a custom made art piece and we can only offer an even exchange on merchandise. Handbags that are defective or damaged will be replaced with a replacement of the same item only. Hardware can be replaced only if it is a manufacturing defect.Email us at customerservice@psnob.com, Please be sure to let us know the reason for the exchange and the item(s) you wish to exchange. You will receive a shipping label from us via email.All exchanges of new and unused merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. The merchandise must have all tags still attached and must be repacked in the same original packaging it was shipped to you in. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, psnob reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements
